• » Actionbar: In der Config kann eine Actionbar angezeigt, wo zB die Anzahl der im SupportSystem eingeloggten Supporter steht
• » RatingSystem: Supporter können von den Spielern nach dem Support bewertet werden (falls nicht gewollt, kann dies in der Config ausgeschalten werden dieses Feature benötigt eine MySQL Verbindung, das Plugin kann aber auch ohne MySQL und ohne dieses Feature genutzt werden)
• » Supporter Stats: /supporterrating stats <SpielerName> zeigt die Support-Ratingstats von dem Spieler
• » "One Click Accept": Neue SupportTickets können nun direkt mit einem Klick angenommen werden ohne /tickets machen zu müssen
• » Ticketlist: Verpasste bzw. noch nicht beantwortete Tickets können, jederzeit mit /tickets eingesehen und mit einem Klick ankzeptiert werden

• » (WENN IN DER CONFIG rating.permissiontorate = true -> Spieler braucht livesupport.rate Rechte, um einen Supporter nach dem Supportgespräch zu bewerten)

• » RatingSystem: Supporters can be rated by the players after the support (if not wanted, this can be switched off in the config, this feature requires a MySQL connection, but the plugin can also be used without MySQL and without this feature)
• » Supporter Stats: /supporterrating stats <playername> shows the player's support rating stats
• » "One Click Accept": New SupportTickets can now be accepted directly with one click without having to / make tickets

• » (IF IN THE CONFIG rating.permissiontorate = true -> Player needs livesupport.rate rights to rate a supporter after the support interview)
